ABOMA welcomes and welcomes THE proposals of MEPs on issues they wish to see discussed by the negotiating committee. ABOMA negotiates and manages collective agreements (CBA) on behalf of ABOMA members. The unions we are negotiating with are service Employees International Union (SEIU) Local 1 and Teamsters Union Local 727. Every three years, BOMA/Chicago negotiates directly with the Service Employees International Union (SEIU), Local 1, as a fee delegate for our members who choose our bargaining unit.
